RETURN/ EXCHANGE

THE HAIR LOFT | by K*Styles maintains a very high level of quality assurances. All of our hair is prepared and carefully packaged to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. 

Due to the raw nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to our policy below for any possible exceptions to this rule.

Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. If you have received any product that is defective, you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted, we will address the quality issue at once. If THE HAIR LOFT | by K*Styles verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will the replace the item. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this information carefully, as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

 

THE HAIR LOFT | by K*Styles will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, or wavy pattern. The color will range between a natural 1b and 2, which we refer to as a natural black and/or natural brown color. 

 

Payment Terms

We except all major credit cards via PayPal as a safe and secure form of payment for you and THE HAIR LOFT | by K*Styles. We will not process any orders or ship out products from unverified PayPal accounts. To avoid this, please ensure that you properly set up your PayPal account with all appropriate authorizing details.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 9am- 6pm EST. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before product is shipped out, and 7-10 business days during our hair sales/holiday promotions. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately before the order is processed for shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days for wig customizations

SHIPPING DELAYS

It is always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow unanticipated delays. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/ FAILED DELIVERIES/ REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Your order will ship via USPS to the address you provide. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
