Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel your hair appointment 24 hours prior if necessary. You have 30 days to apply your deposit to another appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will automatically forfeit deposits. No Call. No show. No future appointment.
